Product Description
Distributed Multi-electrode Res Survey Cable And Electrodes
Description
PDGF-10 distributed high-density cable is the latest product developed based on our company's many years of experience in producing distributed high-density cables. It has the characteristics of split type (i.e. the switch box and the cable are connected by a plug), small size, light weight, good waterproof performance, high reliability, and two-way communication. It is suitable for high-density electrical measurement on the ground and on water. The measuring host can be placed at any position of the measuring line according to the needs of the site. It can be connected to any end of the cable string for high-density measurement, and any connection of the cable string can be disconnected to connect the host in series between the two sections of the cable string for high-density measurement, which greatly facilitates the user's field measurement work.
The difference between distributed high-density cables and ordinary cables
◆ Structural design
Number and density of core wires
Distributed high-density cable: There are many core wires, usually dozens or even hundreds of cores, with high core density, and they are closely arranged in a limited space to meet the needs of multi-signal or multi-power transmission.
◆ Layering and partitioning
Distributed high-density cable: A layered or partitioned structure is often used, and the core wires in different layers or zones have different functions or transmission characteristics, which is convenient for management and improves transmission performance.
◆ Transmission capacity
Distributed high-density cable: It can transmit multiple signals or power at the same time, with large transmission capacity, suitable for scenarios with large data volume and multi-device connection.
◆ Anti-interference ability
Distributed high-density cable: It adopts more stringent shielding and insulation measures, such as multi-layer metal shielding layer, high-performance insulation material, etc., with strong anti-interference ability, which can effectively reduce external electromagnetic interference and mutual interference between internal core wires.
◆ Reliability and stability
Distributed high-density cable: It is more stringent in material selection and production process, has good mechanical properties, environmental resistance and electrical properties, high reliability and stability, and is suitable for occasions with high requirements for system stability.
◆ Application scenarios
Data transmission requirements
Distributed high-density cables: Mainly used in data centers, communication base stations and other places with extremely high data transmission capacity and speed requirements, to meet the high-speed data interaction between a large number of devices.
◆ Space limitations
Distributed high-density cables: Due to their miniaturization and compact design, they are particularly suitable for environments with limited space, such as high-density computer rooms and narrow equipment interiors.
◆ Installation and maintenance
Distributed high-density cables: Installation requires professional equipment and technicians, high requirements for installation technology, and relatively complex maintenance, requiring professional testing tools and techniques.
