The daily maintenance and precautions of high-density electrical instruments are very important. 1. It is forbidden to drag or crush large cables!


2. Before each measurement of the high-density electrical instrument, make sure that all equipment has power. When the battery is low, recharge it in order not to affect the measurement work.


3. When working with a centralized high-density switch, the DC high voltage is above 500V and the current is below 2.5A; when working with a dispersed high-density cable, please control the DC high voltage below 800V and the current below 3A.


4. Regarding the new action line, please first set the correct action parameters of the high-density electrical instrument before measuring.


5. If the high-density electrical instrument displays "supply current is too large!", please cut off the power supply and check whether AB is short-circuited.


6. When measuring high-density resistivity, the grounding resistance of each electrode should not be too large in the entire cross-section length. Try to reduce the grounding resistance as much as possible to facilitate power supply. When the surface soil is dry, water or penetrate the electrode to ensure good grounding.


7. The voltage VP value of the measuring point is above 10mV, but the power supply current IP is generally required to be above 100mA. If it cannot meet the requirements, the grounding resistance is reduced, the power supply voltage is increased, and the resistivity shall not be negative. Otherwise, find the cause and re-measure.


8. The cable combined with the high-density electrical instrument equipment shall not be damaged, and the plug connection parts shall be dry to prevent water and soil sand from entering. If it is light, the cable insulation is too low, affecting the quality of the measurement data; if it is heavy, it will burn the cable and the machine.


9. Regularly check the insulation of each pin of the "1~30 socket" and "31~60 socket" of the multi-channel electrode converter and the a, b, m, and n columns on the panel are all above 500 (500VM table), and the insulation meets the above requirements.


10. Before leaving the factory, it is necessary to check the high-density electrical instrument equipment and perform self-inspection on the supporting cables to ensure that the cables and the host are working properly.


11. Do not store the high-density electrical instrument equipment in an environment with moisture or corrosive gases for a long time.


12. It is strictly forbidden to operate the high-density electrical instrument equipment or store it in an environment with a temperature below -20.


13. Try not to advance the work when it rains, especially when there is water on the surface. Please do not work.


14. This device is powered by a rechargeable built-in 12V lithium battery. If the device is not used for a long time, in order to prevent the lithium battery from self-discharging and damaging the battery, it needs to be charged every three months.
