Bored piles is a basic way for bridge structures. It has been widely used in engineering with its efficient construction, large carrying capacity, and widely available scope. Bored piles are generally completed underground, so the quality is difficult to control, especially the ultra -long drilling piles. So how can we ensure the verticality of the drilling to ensure the quality of the construction.


1. Choose Drilling  Rigs

Reasonably select the drilling rigs according to piles' geological conditions. During the construction, two different types of rigs can be used: one is a light drill, the rotation speed is fast, and the torque is large when drilling. One is a heavy rig, which can add weight to the drill and drill in smoothly.


2. Hole  Verticality Contol

4. Influence Strata Unevenness

If you do not slow the drilling speed, it is difficult to make the drill rods be vertically vertically, which makes the drilling sloping.


The quality of drilling pile piles will be directly related to the quality of later pile formation. The verticality of the pile is poor, and it is easy to change the force of the pile, which will affect the carrying capacity of the pile. Therefore, we must control the verticality and pore diameter of the pile when piling to ensure that the later construction can be carried out normally.
