With the use of the main hydraulic system (open constant-power system), this crawler integrated horizontal directional drilling machine has better working efficiency, and it has 47.3Kw engine. Its forced air cooling system enables it to work reliably for a long time. Additionally, its impact structure and sound climbing capacity can make transfer and transportation of the equipment more convenient. High-speed operation system has multi-shift stepless speed regulation function, significantly increasing the operation efficiency
This horizontal directional drilling machine is composed of drilling system, power system, direction control system, mud system, drilling tools and auxiliary tools. Their structure and functions are described as follows:
Drilling system: It is the main body of drilling and backtowing operations through the equipment. It consists of the main engine of the drilling machine and the turntable, etc. The main engine of the drilling machine is placed on the rig to complete drilling and backtowing operations.
Power system: composed of hydraulic power source and generator power source is to provide high pressure hydraulic oil for the rig system as the power of the rig, generator for supporting electrical equipment and construction site lighting to provide power.
Direction control system: The direction control system is a directional tool that guides the drill correctly through monitoring and controlling the specific position of the drill and other parameters in the ground through the computer. Because of the control of the system, the drill can drill according to the design curve. Now there are often two forms of portable wireless and wired direction control system.
Mud system: The mud system consists of mud mixing tanks with mud pumps and mud lines to provide the drilling system with mud suitable for drilling conditions.
Drilling tools and auxiliary tools: drilling and reaming used in the drilling rig. The main drilling tools are suitable for various geological drill pipe, drill, mud motor, reaming tool, cutting knife and other tools. Auxiliary machines include clasp rings, rotary joints and draggers of various pipe diameters.
