Features and advantages

1. The two ends of the drill pipe body are thickened and quenched and tempered to enhance the wear resistance of the two ends of the pipe body; the two ends of the drill pipe body are thicker and harder than the middle section, which has a shock-absorbing and buffering effect and reduces the load during thread drilling.

2. The straightness of the drill pipe is ≤1:3000, and the concentricity is ≤0.3mm, which ensures the smooth drilling of the drill string during the drilling process.

3. The length of the deep hole drill pipe is 4500mm to ensure the standard length of the vertical root, and the number of connecting threads of the drill pipe string is small, which improves the safety of the drill pipe string.

4. Drill pipe processing adopts CNC machine tool + forming tool + thread gauge inspection, thread processing adopts imported special forming knife, high precision, surface finish is above 1.6μm, and the thread tight distance is controlled to 2.5±0.2mm to ensure that the thread sealing pressure is not less than 12Mpa.

5. The drill pipe thread is surface treated to improve wear resistance and self-lubrication, effectively prevent thread sticking, and avoid the risk caused by the instability of other thread surface hardening processes

6. The comprehensive service life of the drill pipe is more than 10,000 meters.
