Overview
GD-20 Electrical system(Multi Channel)
The WGMD-4 Multi Electrode 2D/3D Resistivity Imaging System is an advanced geophysical survey tool designed for detailed subsurface imaging. This system utilizes multiple electrodes to inject current into the ground and measure the resulting potential differences. By analyzing these data, it generates high-resolution two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) images of subsurface resistivity variations. This technology is widely used in various fields such as hydrogeology, environmental engineering, archaeology, and mining to map subsurface structures with enhanced accuracy and detail. The multi-electrode setup allows for efficient data collection over large areas, making it a valuable tool for both shallow and deep subsurface investigations.
※Accurate and efficient: Under the premise of maintaining good repeatability, the time required to measure a 552-point section is generally no more than 15 minutes.
※Large storage: In high-density mode I (only resistivity parameters are stored), no less than 43,680 measurements can be stored; in high-density mode II (resistivity and current parameters are stored), no less than 21,840 measurements can be stored. Power is not lost.
※Grounding check: In field work, you can easily and quickly check whether each electrode is grounded at any time.
※Electrode arrangement: There are up to 18 types of devices and they are expandable. It can be scanned and measured according to fixed sections (electrode arrangements include AMNB, ABMN, AMBN, AMN, MNB, A-MN-B, self-electrode M, self-electrode MN, charge M, charge MN) or continuously rolled and scanned according to variable sections (electrode arrangements include A-M, A-MN, AB-M, AB -MN, MN-B, A-MN rectangle, A-MN-B, cross-hole dipole). Among them, continuous rolling scanning measurement allows the measurement section to be connected to any length without changing the total number of electrodes, which is convenient for long section tracking and allows users to solve practical problems at low cost and high time efficiency.
